President
Stephen J. GrandeAs President of Grande Masonry, Steve is responsible for direction and oversight of all operations. He is in charge of all business developement and is involved with all projects currently under construction.
Steve has worked in the masonry business for 25 years and has risen through the industry by holding positions of Estimator, Project Manager, Vice President and President.
Steve serves as a Trustee on both the RI Bricklayers Apprentice Committee and Health and Welfare Fund.
A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with as BS degree in Civil Engineering, Steve brings his vast experience and a unique hands-on style of management to bear in leading the Grande Team.

Vice President
Alexander F. Grande, Jr.As Vice President of Grande Masonry, Alec is responsible for all construction activities in the new construction division. His duties include jobsite supervision, manpower management, quality control, and implementation of all safety policies.
Alec has over 25 years experience in the masonry field having held positions as Major Foreman, Field Supervisor and Vice President.
Alec is a graduate of Dean Junior College with a BA in Business administration.

Vice President, Restoration Division
Mark C. GrandeAs Vice President, Restoration Division, Mark is responsible for all construction activities in Grande Masonry’s extensive restoration program. His duties include establishing all construction means and methods, manpower scheduling, quality control assurance, and implementation and maintenance of all safety programs.
Mark has worked in the masonry field for over 20 years, holding positions as Foreman, Superintendent, and Vice President, restoration. He holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from CCRI

Project Executive
Timothy W. WithersAs Project Executive, Tim has overall responsibility for operational management of each restoration project. Tim works with our preconstruction support staff on development of work scopes, general conditions, and special conditions. Tim directs all phases of pricing, budgeting, conceptual estimates, bidding, and proposals. His duties also include client relations, presentation, and technical support, specializing in historic restoration. Prior to joining Grande Masonry in 2004, Tim founded and served as President of Capital Precast from 1989 until its sale in 2003. He also founded and served as President of JSI Construction Corp., a nationally certified historic masonry and masonry restoration company from 1985 until 2001.
Tim brings over 30 years of masonry experience to the Grande team. Tim is or has been active in APT International, Associated Builders and Contractors, Boston Society of Architects (Professional Affiliate), Rehoboth Historical Commission, and other professional and municipal organizations. He attended Columbia College and NY State University with a degree in Business Administration.

Estimator
Kevin DeMelloIn his position as estimator Kevin is responsible for all quantity take-offs for all Grande Masonry projects. His duties include identification of all scope items, quantification of materials, and formulation of all appropriate bid sheets. He is involved in substantial interaction with architects, construction managers, and other members of the Grande team in the preparation of bids and proposals.
Prior to joining Grande Masonry, Kevin spent many years in the construction field as a Supervisor, Estimator, and Project Manager, and brings nearly twenty years of construction management experiance to the Grande organization.
Kevin has been heavily involved in many trade organizations including terms as President, Vice President, and Secretary of the Board of Directors, New England Chapter, American Concrete Institute.
